We are looking for a reliable Quality Auditor to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.

Skills:
Proven experience as a quality auditor or relevant role
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

  • Monitor all operations that affect quality
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
  • Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
  • Ensure all legal standards are met

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Technician to join our team for a 3rd Shift opening.

Job Summary
This position is directly responsible to ensure that all machines are running and all processes are in control and running to standard at all times.

Job-Specific Qualifications
Prior experience in Plastic Injection Molding, including mold changes, hydraulics and electrical
Education to support Mold Set-Ups, Trouble Shooting
Computer skills including machine control
Skills to perform process parameters of all presses operating during scheduled shift
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Plastics injection molding: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person

Job Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for machine start-ups
  • Work with injection molding machines and secondary equipment on tooling issues to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure machines are running at optimum efficiency
  • Troubleshoot machine, mold and material problems
  • Report to Manager any difficulties or problems requiring special attention.
  • Responsible for the accurate completion of Process Verification, and Tool Reports as required.
  • Responsible for die change activities not completed by a Die Setter
  • Ensures proper care of all equipment
