Our customers come from a variety of industries (indirect automotive, electronics, fuel systems, household appliances, household products, health and beauty, medical, lawn and garden, and office furniture); all of whom depend on us to produce the highest quality components for their products – no matter how large or small. Our presses range in size from the smallest at 17 ton to the largest at 500 ton. As shown below, this range gives us the capability to produce parts as small as 1/32 inch long to as large as thirty-six inches.

It is very rare for a custom molder to implement the very important requirement of matching the shot size of the molded part with the compatibility of the molding press shot size – especially in lower size molding machines. We believe this is imperative for producing great parts. We construct our molds in conventional, MUD inserts, and our own Uni-Sert type mold cavities (1” to 4” diameter inserts), thus giving us the ability to produce exceptional components for our customers.
